Resources to Efficiently Repurpose Your Content
Have you ever been curious about what tools are out there to help you repurpose content? Well if so, then you’ve just hit the jackpot! Below I have laid out for you all the tools I use in my own business, and for my clients to repurpose content. Some of them you do have to pay for, but for the most part they are free!
Happy Scribe
I use this program to transcribe audio/video and pull out important quotes. It does cost money, but there are different options so you aren’t stuck into a monthly subscription. You can pay as you go.
Google Drive/Docs
This one is a bit of a no brainer but this is the best program to be able to collaborate and keep all of your content organized! Extra tip, color coordinate your folders to keep them extra fun!
Emojipedia
I have used a lot different emoji keyboards before, but I hated wasting so much time scrolling through trying to find the emoji I wanted. With Emojipedia, you can type in and search for the emoji you want and it will pop up of you. So much easier than scrolling through the Emoji keyboard!
Wavve
This is another program that I recommend you pay for, but it is very inexpensive. I use this program to create clips of audiograms for Instagram stories, reels, and feed. It can even add in captions!
Kapwing
For repurposing video content into shorter clips, Kapwing is where it’s at. They also have a feature that automatically adds in captions! You can use this for Instagram IGTV, stories, and feed.
Canva
If you didn’t know this already, you can now make Reels in Canva! There are stock videos and music that you can use to fully make your Reel in Canva.
Inflact
This is a free website that downloads IGTV’s to your computer. This is great for if you are working with clients, or want to have your own IGTV’s on your computer rather than your phone. All you have to do is plug in the url!
Grammarly
For checking the grammar on your content, Grammarly is a must! Do this multiple times with your captions, blog posts, email newsletters, etc. There is a free version or a paid version.
Capitalize My Title
If you want to have your title capitalized to a certain format, this website does it for you automatically!
iMovie
For larger video editing projects, I always start out in iMovie. From there, I export it to different programs that I mentioned prior.
Online Audio Converter
Depending on the type of audio or video file you are repurposing, you might have to convert it to a different format in order to edit it. This website automatically converts your audio file into the correct mp3 format.
Flo Desk
For beautiful branded emails, Flo Desk is your girl! You can also setup segments, automations, forms and popups.
Gif Maker Me
This is a website where you can create gifs. I do this a lot for my email clients to turn their images into fun gifs to make emails stand out more.
Okay so now that you have the full low down, there’s no reason you shouldn’t be repurposing content ;) I’m super curious, have you ever used any of these programs before? If so, let me know below what you thought!
